Services – Search Engine Opimization (SEO) & Marketing

How do I get my site to climb to the top of the search results?

The methods used by Google, Yahoo, Ask.com, and others to search the Internet and rank results are, understandably, closely guarded trade secrets. There are businesses out there that will charge a premium while they try every trick in the book to beat the system, usually with mixed results, and at worst resulting in a permanent banning of your site!

The short answer is, the more popular your site, the higher your rank. That sounds like a catch, but there are some steps you can take. The first is to understand how the search engines “see” your site. We can help you fine tune your code so the searchbots see it the way you intended.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results for targeted keywords. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results, or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search engines. [1] wikipedia.org

Once you are ready to launch your site, the real work begins. There are millions of sites out there. How many do you visit regularly? We can help you find your audience and bring them to you.

Longboat in surf

In the days of sailing ships, a vessel would carry several boats for various uses. One would be a longboat... Unlike the dinghy or the cutter, the longboat would have fairly fine lines aft to permit its use in steep waves such as surf or wind against tide where need be.[1] wikipedia.org
